RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and digital access reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:​

  • Earrings

  • Digital downloads (PDFs, guides, templates)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at amy@feelingcheeky.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

How to Start a Return

Email amy@feelingcheeky.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Cheeky is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Processing times may vary by bank.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or update an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. Cheeky is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
